A deposit starts with an asset AND a network. USDT on one supported network is not automatically the same deposit route as USDT on another.
Take the address from the current cashier screen. Check whether a memo or destination tag is requested; an address alone may be insufficient.
Compare the received amount after wallet or exchange fees with the minimum displayed by the cashier.
For a pending transfer, keep the transaction hash and check its network status before sending another payment.
A withdrawal has two stages: processing by the platform and confirmation by the network. Neither stage should be described as an unconditional instant payout.
When contacting support, send the asset, network, amount and transaction hash. Never send a wallet recovery phrase.
What to check
| Asset | Networks in the current official list | Important field |
|---|---|---|
| BTC | Bitcoin native | Wallet address |
| ETH | Ethereum ERC20, BSC BEP20 | Network |
| USDT | Ethereum ERC20, BSC BEP20, Polygon, Tron TRC20, Solana | Network |
| USDC | Ethereum ERC20, BSC BEP20, Polygon, Solana | Network |
| XRP | Ripple | Destination tag |
| EOS | EOS | Memo |
Use only the asset and network currently shown in the account wallet. Supported routes, minimums and withdrawal fees can change. Check the withdrawal screen before approving a transfer; this table is not a fixed fee quote.
Stake token: coin, network and balance are different
Stake does not publish a native casino cryptocurrency called Stake Token. The international wallet accepts specific cryptocurrencies on specific networks. Stake Cash is a separate promotional balance used by Stake.us, not a blockchain asset. Never send a coin or token merely because its name contains Stake.
Questions, answered
Does Stake have an official crypto token?
The current official crypto guidance lists supported assets and networks but does not identify a native Stake Token. Stake Cash belongs to the separate US promotional product and is not a cryptocurrency.
