Stake Canada Verification
Prepare consistent identity details for Canadian account and local-currency payment checks.
Identity and local-currency access
A local-currency transaction may require identity, email and phone confirmation. Complete the steps requested in the profile rather than assuming a verified email clears the entire account. Details should match the account holder and the payment method. Verification does not override a provincial restriction.
Accepted evidence
The Canadian withdrawal instructions describe identity evidence such as a passport, national identity document or driving licence. Follow the current accepted-document list shown to your account, including instructions for both sides when requested. Use complete readable images and the secure upload interface.
Address changes and review
If personal details changed, explain the change to support and provide the requested evidence through the existing account. Do not create another profile or submit documents belonging to a different person. Keep the review reference so a follow-up can identify the correct submission.
After verification
Check whether the original cashier action still needs to be completed. An approved document is not the same as a sent bank transfer. Inspect wallet history, method eligibility and outstanding notices before repeating a request. For a delay, identify whether the issue belongs to the review team, platform processing or the external payment provider.
