Stake US Identity Verification
Understand email, identity and location checks before promotional play or prize redemption.
Three checks with different purposes
Mailbox confirmation proves access to an email address. Identity verification checks the person behind the profile. Location checks assess whether the session is being used from a supported place. Completing any one of these is not proof that the others have cleared. Read the specific notice in the account before submitting more material.
Document submission
Use the accepted-document list and upload flow displayed to your own profile. Images should be readable, complete and consistent with the registered details. Do not send identity documents to a social-media account offering verification shortcuts. If a name or address changed, explain the change through support instead of editing unrelated fields until a form is accepted.
A request under review
Keep the case reference and monitor the account’s status. Repeated duplicate uploads can make it harder to identify the current submission. A review can affect a purchase or redemption independently of a successful login. Ask which exact step remains open when the status is unclear rather than assuming another device will fix it.
Protecting account access
Store recovery information separately from everyday login details. Authentication codes, passwords and wallet recovery phrases are not documents for a verification review. A secure upload screen should state what evidence is needed and relate it to the existing account, not require a new profile or payment to a third-party address.

No. Identity evidence and current location are assessed separately.
Where should identity documents be uploaded?
