Stake Canada Withdrawals
Track CAD and Interac withdrawals separately from cryptocurrency transfers and account-verification stages.
Before requesting Canadian dollars
The official bank-transfer workflow requires identity verification and a prior deposit through the same method. Select the withdrawal option offered to your account, review the amount and keep the request reference. A display balance in CAD is not proof that a bank-withdrawal option has been enabled.
Interac email sequence
The documented process sends transfer instructions by email. Depending on the bank flow, a separate message can contain the answer needed to receive the transfer. Match messages to the request initiated in the authenticated wallet. Inspect spam when an expected message is missing, but do not act on an unsolicited transfer instruction with no corresponding wallet entry.
Business days and pending reviews
The published Interac estimate is up to three business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. A request waiting for account review is a separate stage from a bank transfer already in progress. Note both statuses when asking about a delay. Do not reset the expected timing every time a browser page is refreshed.
Crypto destination checks
For cryptocurrency, the receiving wallet must support the selected asset and network. Include a tag or memo when required and verify the destination before approval. Save the transaction hash once broadcast. A platform request reference and an on-chain hash identify different stages and are both useful when tracing a delayed payment.

Questions about Stake Canada
Does the Interac estimate include weekends?
The documented estimate counts business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Why retain both a wallet reference and a transaction hash?
The wallet reference identifies the platform request; a hash identifies a transaction after it has been broadcast to a blockchain.
