US availability is not a single nationwide yes or no. Stake.us publishes a restricted-state list, and that list is the first place to check before registration or a return visit after moving.
State rules come first
Account eligibility follows the current platform terms and the user location. A page opening in the browser does not by itself confirm that registration or promotional play is available in that state.
Access and login are different problems
A blocked registration, a rejected password and an identity verification request have different causes. Changing the address will not fix a password error or remove an account review.
What to verify
Check the current state list, the profile address and any account notice shown after login. If the user has moved, update details through the supported account process instead of creating a second profile.
