Stake.us Prize Redemption
Follow the Wallet Redeem process for eligible Stake Cash winnings, with balance, method and verification checks.
Redeemable balance versus Gold Coins
Gold Coins cannot be cashed out, exchanged into Stake Cash or used as proof of a redeemable balance. Promotional Stake Cash winnings may become eligible for prizes after their conditions are met. Open the redemption panel to see the amount currently eligible rather than treating the headline balance as the final payout amount.
Submit a redemption request
Open Wallet, choose Redeem and inspect the methods available to the account. Read the minimum and any fee before entering a destination. Check an address, network or bank detail in full. Complete the authentication step shown by the platform and save the resulting request reference. Do not repeatedly submit the same amount while the first request is pending.
Method availability and timing
Bank and crypto options can depend on account eligibility and purchase history. The wallet instructions take precedence over a screenshot of another account. A request awaiting identity review, a transfer released by the platform and a completed bank or blockchain settlement are three different stages. There is no single completion time that accurately describes all of them.
Trace a pending request
Start with the wallet status and request identifier. If a crypto transfer has been broadcast, retain the hash and network; if it has not, an explorer cannot trace a transaction that does not yet exist. For an account review, respond through the secure document workflow. Give support the amount, method and time, but never your authentication code.

Questions about Stake.us
Why is the GC balance missing from Redeem?
Gold Coins are a play-only balance and are not eligible for prize redemption.
Should I submit a second redemption while the first is pending?
Check the original request status and reference before taking another action. Repetition does not trace the first request.
